Here are Facebook campaigns that we are running. We were able to generate our client 191 leads for Dental Implants!


Our in-house agents are calling every single lead to try and book them in for an appointment.


Based on our statistics, to book an appointment we have to send out around 12 touch points, meaning 12 times we contact them via text messages, e-mails or/and phone calls.


Combined, that is 2,292 touch points a month. Our client did not have to make any of these touch points because our in-house call centre agents do it for them!


All they need to do is deliver the procedures and take care of customer service!


This is an awesome screenshot because in this week, we had a 100% show-up rate! Every appointment we have booked for the week showed up for their scheduled appointment.


In here, a lead was generated on Facebook Ads. When the lead was generated, a text message and an email was sent to them, instantly, on behalf of the client.


Once the text message and e-mail are sent, within 5 minutes, our in-house agents call the lead to attempt to book them in our client's calendar.


As you can see here, our agents were not able to get hold of the lead when they called, so we kept sending text messages, e-mails and even calling the lead in an attempt to book them in for an appointment.


We continued to call, text and e-mail until we got hold of the lead and booked them in for an appointment!
